Hello! I am an ambitious young professional dedicated to education and creativity. I am the proud owner of 2 degrees- A B.A. in Communication and Media, and a B.S. in Instructional Design and Technology. My passion for people has continuously driven me to expand my knowledge, experience, and relationships. With my strong customer service and corporate communications background and instructional design skills, I’m confident in the creative ideas and successful solutions I bring to the table. What is Instructional Design?
Instructional design (ID) is the research, planning, and creation of educational content, curriculums, and informational guide material. The Association for Talent Development defines ID as "the creation of learning experiences and materials in a manner that results in the acquisition and application of knowledge and skills."

As an instructional designer, it is my responsibility to ensure all instruction that I create is user-friendly, accessible, and thorough. My design style can be described as strategic, cogent, and fun. Instructional content is one of the most important foundations to ensure strong company culture, educational progress, and employee confidence.

Collegiate Experience
M.S. Instructional Design and Technology
In December 2020 I graduated early from The University of Tampa with my master's degree in IDT. I used this program to my advantage to strengthen my management, organizational communication, and content creation skills. Click below for details about my program of study.
B.A. in Communication
As of May 2019, I graduated with a degree in Communication paired with a minor in Spanish from The University of Tampa. During my studies, I focused on building by organizational management, marketing, public relations, writing, research, and language skills. Click below for details about my program of study.
Universidad Antonio Nebrija
During the first semester of my third year as an undergraduate student, I took the initiative to step out of my comfort zone and move to Madrid, Spain. I strengthened my Spanish conversational skills, learned the basics of Spanish media communication, indulged in different cultures and adjusted to new values while maintaining my GPA.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in dictating creative sourcing strategies, creating and leading onboarding guides, and leading projects to exceed KPI expectations with intentional decision-making.
Instructional Design Internship
Assisted English as a Second Language elementary school teacher in the transformation of COVID-19-friendly learning. I managed the online classroom, aided in configuring virtual field trips, and constructed a virtual classroom instructional introduction video in three different languages using Voice Thread that explained Google Classroom and classroom rule changes due to COVID-19.
Swarovski North America - Trade Marketing Intern
My daily tasks included managing competitor brand research and analysis, creating in-store signage, assisting in creative event planning, and consumer outreach. Present findings to the regional marketing-communication team, as well as begin a B2B partnership.
National Museum of Childhood Project Ireland- Intern
Worked with this non-profit organization by enhancing public relations outreach strategies, fundraising, and developing the organizational handbook. Targeted teaching the surrounding towns-people the important history of Ireland's past and its lasting cultural impact on local society.
Suffolk County Police Benevolent Association- Office Assistant
Responsible for maintaining over 5,000 confidential profiles, organizing company records, and creating departmental instructional material.
